If you are enrolled in Medicare or have limited income, here are some key programs you may qualify for:

  • If you are enrolled in a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan, Medicare Part D Low-Income Subsidy, also called Extra Help, allows low or no prescription co-pays with no monthly premium, no deductible, and no gap in coverage. To qualify, you must have limited income and resources.
  • State-sponsored programs may be available for people with limited income and resources to help cover prescription costs or Medicare premiums, deductibles, or co-insurance. Find out if your state has a program that can help you.
  • Medicaid provides free- or low-cost health coverage to eligible patients. Certain states have expanded their Medicaid programs to cover people with incomes below a certain level.
  • Patient assistance may be available from Janssen if your coverage does not fully meet your needs. Learn more about Janssen Patient Assistance Program.

Independent co-pay assistance foundations have their own rules for eligibility, which are subject to change. We cannot guarantee a foundation will help you. We can only refer you to foundations that support your disease state. This information is provided as a resource for you. We do not endorse any particular foundation.

There may be resources to help with your out-of-pocket medicine costs, even if you don’t have insurance. A Care Navigator can help you explore cost support options.

How do I get started on SPRAVATO®?

You can only get SPRAVATO® at certified SPRAVATO® treatment centers; ask your healthcare provider to help you find a location or utilize ‘‘Find a Center’’ tool.

To help ensure patient safety, SPRAVATO® is administered under the supervision of a healthcare provider at a treatment center that is certified in the SPRAVATO® Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) Program. This could be at a different location than your usual doctor’s office.

Here’s how it’s done:

  1. Ask: Ask your healthcare provider if SPRAVATO® is right for you.
  2. Locate: Work with your healthcare provider to locate a treatment center near you—with our ‘‘Find a Center’’ tool.
  3. Build: Once you find a treatment center, you will build a treatment plan with the team at the treatment center.
